PROCUREMENT:
This change order is to increase quantities for existing Delivery Order items based on actual field conditions encountered during construction for the Municipal Service Benefit Unit (MSBU) Pond 6890 Chickasaw Trail. As work progressed, the extent of sediment accumulation and associated site restoration was greater than could be determined during the pre-construction assessment. The additional sediment removal resulted in increased quantities of related work necessary to complete and restore the project area, including rubble ditch lining, swale excavation, driveway approach, sod, and chain-link fencing. These quantity increases resulted in additional costs beyond the original Delivery Order amount.
This change order also extends the project duration by an additional 13 months, resulting in a revised total contract duration of 15 months.

Funding is available in account numbers 1023-072-5092-3816.
APPROVALS:
The Stormwater Management Division concurs with this recommendation.
