The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROJECT: N/A

PURPOSE: Pine Isle MHP, LLC (Owner) is the owner of Pine Isle Mobile Home Park (MHP), located at 190 Story Partin Road near East River High School. The Pine Isle MHP wastewater treatment facility is a public health hazard that is currently under a consent order from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The MHP has requested to extend the County's wastewater service to its existing development to alleviate the public health hazard. This connection to the County's wastewater system will allow the onsite wastewater treatment system to be decommissioned, providing health and environmental benefits to the residents of the mobile home park and broader community. The County is requesting that the Owner also connects to the County's water system for metering purposes once County water service becomes available. The connections to the County's wastewater and water systems will be done at the Owner's cost and expense.

Pine Isle MHP is located outside of the Urban Service Area (USA). In compliance with Comprehensive Plan Policy WAT 1.4.3(B), an extension of water and wastewater service outside the USA to the MHP requires an affirmative finding by the Board that a public health hazard exists for the existing development.
