REMARKS: This project involves the extension of an existing sidewalk. Acquisition of this parcel is necessary to complete the project, as the property is located along the curve and at the terminus of the proposed scope of work.
The property’s mortgage holder, Rocket Mortgage, is requesting a fee to process and execute the Partial Release Form required for the acquisition of the Permanent Construction Easement needed for the project. This Donation Agreement will not be recorded.
