The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PROJECT: N/A
PURPOSE: Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Inc. provides accredited programs within various fields of study, such as social work, and requires that students enrolled within those programs obtain “real world” experience. Orange County has served as a host agency for these interns, and Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Inc wishes to secure experiential learning placements for their students in the Community and Family Services Department. The Agreement establishes an Experimental Learning Placement Program to facilitate the placement of their students in our programs to ensure that those placements are done in a manner that is beneficial to both the College’s program of study and County operations. The term of the Agreement shall remain in effect from the date both parties execute the agreement through September 30, 2029. There is no cost to the County.
