The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: On behalf of the Central Florida Crimeline Program, Incorporated, we are requesting the Board’s approval of the attached Letter of Agreement authorizing the Central Florida Crimeline Program to act as the County’s agent for the purpose of applying, receiving, and expending grants from the Crime Stoppers Trust Fund for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. This request is made in compliance with the requirements of Section 16.555(5)(b), Florida Statutes, and Florida Administrative Code Rule 2A-9.002.
