PROCUREMENT:
This amendment adds funds and extends the contract for the period of February 26, 2025 through May 25, 2025 to support service continuity while a new procurement process is completed. The resolicitation is currently under technical evaluation.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers 5530-043-2035-4163 and 5530-043-2035-4164.
APPROVALS:
The Fleet Management Division concurs with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
On June 4, 2019, the Board authorized award of Invitation for Bids Y19-1066-MV to Rush Truck Centers of Florida, Inc. dba Rush Truck Center Orlando, in the estimated amount of $2,190,000 for a three-year term with further approval for the Procurement Division to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms.
Previous contracts amendments are as follows:
Amendment No. 1: Renewed the contract for the period of June 26, 2022 through June 25, 2023.
Amendment No. 2: Renewed the contract for the period of June 26, 2023 through June 25, 2024, inclusive of a price escalation allowed under the contract.
Amendment No. 3: Extended the contract for the period of June 26, 2024 through September 25, 2024. Added funds in the amount of $109,500, for a revised estimated contract amount of $2,299,500.
