PURPOSE: It is my pleasure to inform you of the continued employment of Boro Gavric, M.D., in the position of Corrections Health Services Psychiatrist.  In this position, Dr. Gavric has the responsibility for the delivery of psychiatric services at Corrections Health Services.  Dr. Gavric received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Sarajevo in 1987.  He completed his residency in Psychiatry at New York Medical College in June 2007.  He has worked full time for Orange County Government at Corrections Health Services since November 2007 and has performed his duties well.  It is our mutual desire to continue Dr. Gavric’s employment with Orange County Government.  This agreement establishes the duties and responsibilities of the Corrections Health Psychiatrist and provides a means for termination of those services by either party, but it does not increase Dr. Gavric’s current compensation or affect his current benefits.
