REMARKS: Pursuant to condition of approval No. 19 for DP-19-05-171, the existing Drainage Easement recorded in Official Records Book 10442, Page 2736, shall be relocated or otherwise terminated and replaced to the County’s satisfaction, and Grantor will assume responsibility for maintaining drainage improvements.
This action satisfies the County’s condition of development plan approval by replacing the original easement with the relocated easement and provides that the Grantor will assume responsibility for maintenance of drainage improvements within the relocated easement area.
Grantor to pay all recording fees.
