The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

Selection options are described below:

2. To view BCC records by meeting date between January 4, 2011 through September 22, 2016, scroll down to locate the BCC meeting date.

PROCUREMENT:
The contract will support programming to provide early intervention services to connect people with HIV who were recently diagnosed or who are out of care, to additional care and support services. The performance period is March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026.




FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 7040-060-7302-8610. Funding is being provided from the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Grant awarded by the U.S. Health Resource and Service Administration (HRSA).
APPROVALS:
The Health Services Department concurs with this recommendation.

REMARKS:
The EHE grant provides medical and support services to people with HIV. The County administers the program under guidelines from HRSA and is designated as the grantee for the funding. It is estimated that an approximate 500 people with HIV will receive services under this contract each gran...
