PROJECT:

PURPOSE: The Parks and Recreation Division is working with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to enhance the West Orange Trail. FDEP requires the County to execute this State Funded Grant Agreement in order to secure the $100,000 in funding for the project, where improvements will be made by installing new wayfinding signage, improved pavement markings, and enhanced landscaping. The project is estimated to cost $140,000 and the County has agreed to provide a cost share of $40,000.   

The County Attorney's Office, Risk Management Division, and Parks and Recreation Division have reviewed this Agreement and find it acceptable.
