The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide prescribed fire burning and burning preparation activities in different plant communities on Orange County properties. The goals are to increase biological diversity, enhance threatened and endangered species' habitat, mimic natural processes, and reduce excessive fuel loads.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account number 1026-068-1978-3197.
APPROVALS:
The Environmental Protection Division and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
This contract will be used for Green PLACE property conservation lands to provide professional services that include implementation of prescribed burning and prescribed burning preparation activities in different plant communities on Orange County properties Green PLACE Program properties.
