The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PURPOSE:
The Roadway Agreement Committee has reviewed a Proportionate Share Agreement for Goldenrod Business Center Chickasaw Trail and Lake Underhill Road ("Agreement”) by and between 105 Goldenrod, LLC and Orange County for a proportionate share payment in the amount of $85,186. Pursuant to Section 163.3180(5)(h), Florida Statutes, an applicant may mitigate capacity deficiencies by entering into a proportionate share agreement and contributing a proportionate share payment. The proportionate share payment is due within 90 days of the effective date of this Agreement. 

The Agreement follows the recommendation of the Roadway Agreement Committee providing for the mitigation of road impacts for two deficient trips on the road segment of Chickasaw Trail from Lake Underhill Road to Valencia College Lane in the amount of $19,412 per trip and two deficient trips on the road segment of Lake Underhill Road from Goldenrod Road to Madeira Avenue in the amount of $23,181 per trip.  The Roadway Agreement Committee recommended approval on June 4, 2025.
