The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been created to establish a partnership between the Citizen Resource and Outreach Division (CRO) and Housing Connector Inc. This MOU outlines a mutual interest and benefit between both parties to create a partnership funded by Housing Connector Inc. to extend housing opportunities for families and individuals experiencing housing instability in Orange County. CRO plans to utilize Housing Connector services as a resource when the need arises to rehouse clients served throughout our social services programs. Housing Connectors Inc.’s mission provides support to participating Property Partners (landlords) who are willing to rent to residents with financial and residency challenges. As a Community Partner, CRO agrees to provide supportive case management to CRO clients during their first year of being housed through the Housing Connector process. There is no cost associated with this MOU.
