REMARKS: The Public Works Department is requesting this temporary access agreement for certain real property, identified as Parcel ID 09-24-29-8130-00-080 (Parcel 701). This access is needed for the purpose of constructing, tying in and harmonizing the driveway for Taft Vineland Road Project (Orange Blossom Trail to Orange Avenue).
The attorney for Speedway, LLC requested a fee for the preparation and review of the license agreement. These agreements will not be recorded.
