The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Integra Avalon. This is a one lot plat located approximately 210 feet northwest of the intersection of Avalon Road and Bali Boulevard.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Liki Tiki Village III Planned Development/Integra Avalon Multi-Family Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on June 14, 2023, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
