The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department has solicited construction services for the Alafaya Trail at Corporate Boulevard intersection project. The project consists of widening eastbound Corporate Boulevard to provide an additional left turn lane, milling and resurfacing along the project limits, removal of existing concrete poles at the intersection and installation of four mast arms and associated signal improvements, curb and gutter, removal and replacement of drainage inlets, and pipes. Other construction activities include clearing and grubbing, mobilization, maintenance of traffic, erosion control, excavation, embankment, signing, and pavement markings and sodding.

This project is funded in accordance with the Local Agency Program Agreement that was approved by the Board on January 24, 2023. The Florida Department of Transportation and MetroPlan Orlando have agreed to increase the federal fund amount to $2,571,850 (formally $565,000) and reduce the County's share to $298,702 (formally $1,013,686).
