Approval and execution of First Amendment to Art in the Chambers Loan and Exhibition Agreement between Orange County, Florida and Art & History Museums - Maitland for the period of January 28, 2026, through a date no later than September 29, 2026. (Arts and Cultural Affairs Office)

PURPOSE: Three times a year our office borrows art from institutions and art owners that fit one of the following categories: 1) from major collections in the area, 2) from artists who have lived or worked in Orange County and have a national reputation, or 3) from artists whose work fits a particular theme. Art & History Museums - Maitland has agreed to extend their loan of a selection from their collection for exhibition in the Chambers from January 28, 2026, through a date no later than September 29, 2026. This agreement was reviewed by the County Attorney’s Office and Risk Management Division.
