REMARKS: Hamlin Land Partners, LLC, formerly known as SLF IV/Boyd Horizon West JV, LLC (Developer) contacted County to request the release of the County's rights, title, and interest in an interim pump station, held in fee-simple, and an Access and Utility Easement (collectively, "the Property") back to the Developer.
The Property was granted by the Developer to the County by virtue of that certain Warranty Deed recorded October 2, 2013, in Official Records Document No. 20130527484 (Deed), and includes Parcel ID No. 20-23-27-0000-00-032 and a portion of Parcel ID No. 20-23-27-2717-02-003. The Deed contained a reversionary clause that when the Master Pump Station was complete, the Property would revert to the Developer.
Orange County Utilities has confirmed that the Hamlin Master Pump Station has been completed, the interim pump station is no longer in use, and the County can proceed with releasing the Property back to the Developer pursuant to the ...
