PROCUREMENT:
This contract will provide routine maintenance and repairs for commercial doors and gates for Orange County facilities.
FUNDING:
Funding is available in account numbers 0001-043-1713-3810, 0001-043-1715-3810, 0001-043-1717-3810, 0001-043-1718-3810, and 0001-043-1719-3810.
APPROVALS:
The Facilities Management Division and Business Development Division concur with this recommendation.
REMARKS:
Three bids were received in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and evaluated for responsiveness, responsibility, and price reasonableness. Recommendation for award is made to the lowest bidder, Miner, Ltd for Lots A and B. Reference checks established satisfactory performance and capabilities to deliver services as outlined in the scope of services. Miner, Ltd’s proposed pricing remains consistent with prior awarded contracts and is deemed fair and reasonable. The bid tabulation is below:
