PURPOSE:
Board approval is requested for the FY 2025-26 Jury Services funding agreement between Orange County, Florida, Orange County Clerk of the Courts, and the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in the amount of $385,284. Orange County has agreed to continue to facilitate monthly payments for this program and the Clerk of the Courts has agreed to monthly reimbursements of $32,107 to the County from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. As required by Article V of the State Constitution, the Clerk of the Courts is responsible for funding this program.
