The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE:
The Public Works Department requests authorization to record the plat of Flamingo Village Shops. This is a one lot plat located approximately 700 feet south of the intersection at Western Way and Hartzog Road.
This plat is being recorded in order to comply with the requirements of the Orange Lake Country Club Planned Development/A Portion of Tract NW4 - Flamingo Village Shops Development Plan as approved by the Development Review Committee on January 11, 2023, and with the requirements of Chapter 34, Article III, Section 34-48(b) of the Orange County Code.
