Selection of two firms and an alternate to provide Engineering Design Services for Long Lake and Verona Park - CDBG-DR Infrastructure and Mitigation Projects, Request for Proposals Y26-810-JF, from the following firms listed alphabetically:
Drummond Carpenter, PLLC
Geosyntec Consultants, Inc.
Halff Associates, Inc.
Request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to negotiate and execute a contract within the not-to-exceed budget amount of $1,486,702 for Engineering Design Services for Long Lake. Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to negotiate and execute a contract within the not-to-exceed budget amount of $390,455.30 for Engineering Design Services for Verona Park.
Further request Board authorization for the Procurement Division to formally terminate negotiations with the top ranked firm, if we are unable to come to a favorable negotiated agreement, and commence negotiations with the next ranked alternate, until a successful negotiation is reached.
