REMARKS: Orange County and Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD), formerly Reedy Creek Improvement District, have entered into two agreements regarding water, reclaimed water, and sanitary sewer easements across CFTOD property.  These Easements are being provided in connection with development.  CFTOD to pay recording fees.
