REMARKS: This Second Amendment is necessary to provide the Housing and Community Development Division with additional time to complete relocation to a newly leased facility. The new location requires tenant improvements and related buildout work before it can be occupied.

Extending the current lease will ensure continuity of operations and prevent any disruption of services while the new facility is being prepared for occupancy. This amendment provides an initial three-month extension, with up to three additional one-month extension options, allowing flexibility should construction or move-in activities require additional time.
