PURPOSE: To ratify the conveyance of a recorded Sidewalk Easement for access, construction, and maintenance of a paved sidewalk and appurtenant facilities.

REMARKS: On June 5, 2025, the property owners recorded a Sidewalk Easement, as Document No. 20250328009, in favor of Orange County (Easement). The Easement was recorded without approval and acceptance by the Board, in violation of Resolution No. 86-M-44. This action will ratify the ownership interest of the County in the property pursuant to the Easement and provides formal acceptance of that interest.
