The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

REMARKS: The property is located along the north side of N. Fort Christmas Road with a physical address of N. Fort Christmas Road, Christmas, Florida identified by Tax ID No. 16-22-33-0000-00-023 ("Property") (see area in mint green on the attached map). The Property is a vacant parcel, zoned A-2, Farmland Rural District, and has a Rural future land use. The Property contains 239.02 gross acres and is irregular in shape and County is purchasing 200+ acres.
