PURPOSE: To provide access for the purpose of constructing a water meter and double detector check valve assembly and any appurtenance thereto including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of the same.

OCPS, as a condition of their utility permit, is required to grant the County the easement. The County is executing this Utility Easement to show acceptance of the terms and conditions.
