The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. PURPOSE: The Florida Department of Law Enforcement, as well as the Office of the State Courts Administrator (OSCA), are required by the FBI CJIS Security Policy to execute inter-agency agreements with all criminal justice agencies in the state for access to the Judicial Inquiry System. The attached agreement provides a continuation of the existing agreement for a period of three years after the initial date of OSCA execution.
