The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Mr. Klein is an employment attorney with the law firm Jackson Lewis, assisting management with workplace law compliance and related litigation in courts and administrative agencies. He also serves on the Ninth Judicial Circuit's Judicial Nominating Commission which interviews and nominates judicial candidates to the governor for appointment. He has a strong passion for keeping Orange County a great place to work, start a business, and raise a family.
