The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC. Please contact our office if you need an accessible version of documents on this page, and one will be provided.

2. To view BCC records by meeting date between January 4, 2011 through September 22, 2016, scroll down to locate the BCC meeting date.

Biography: Commissioner Siplin was first elected in 2014 as the first Haitian-American Elected Official in Central Florida and overwhelmingly re-elected in the 2018 August Primary Election by 75% of her constituents. She served as Vice-Mayor of Orange County in 2017. Orphaned at the age of three, she used her life’s circumstances to fuel her passion to succeed and begin a journey as a public servant by leading advocacy programs on behalf of underserved children and adults in her community. She believes that Progress Requires Collective Commitment: she is a mentor, serves on key Orange County Advisory Boards, remains engaged with community associations in her district and continues to spearhead relevant educational workshops and public safety initiatives to help improve the wellbeing of residents.
