The Clerk of the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining Board records for each Board of County Commissioner (BCC) and Value Adjustment Board (VAB) meeting. In addition, every 4 years, the Clerk of the Board office provides staff support to the Charter Review Commission (CRC) appointed by the BCC.

Selection options are described below:

1. To search BCC records by meeting date and/or a specific term between September 23, 1869 and December 14, 2010, view the 'BCC Meetings' page.

2. To view BCC records by meeting date between January 4, 2011 through September 22, 2016, scroll down to locate the BCC meeting date.

To search BCC records by a specific term between October 4, 2016 through Present, select the 'Search Records' tab.      

4.    To view VAB records by meeting date between June 20, 2013 through August 21, 2018, scroll down to locate the VAB meeting date. 

5.    To search CRC regular business meeting records by a specific term between February 25, 2019 through Present, select the 'Search Records' tab.                


Effective June 1, 2021, the Orange County BCC will resume in-person public comment, presentations and public testimony for public hearings. There will no longer be any virtual participation. Individuals will address the Board from in Chambers and Room 105 will return to additional seating. The 2021 VAB will also resume in-person public comment during its scheduled meetings.

Biography: Commissioner Bonilla was elected in November 2016 to the Orange County Board of County Commissioners. She obtained an Associate’s Degree in Film from Valencia, a Bachelor’s in English from UCF and Masters in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. She has extensive private sector experience in film, photography, marketing and creative writing. She promotes conservation of Orange County’s natural and economic resources. She is a proud Floridian of 21 years. She is honored to serve her district as she has the opportunity to improve the lives of residents by focusing on smart growth, economic development, protecting the environment, supporting local organizations, and an advocate for the people. She is a strong advocate for women, she developed comprehensive marketing tools and strategies that give work at home mom’s a boost up the business ladder. She provides flexible but firm leadership to bring sound judgment to Orange County government.
