Commissioner Mayra Uribe addressed the Commission during the latter portion of the meeting.

III. Consent Item  
TMAC-25-016 Approval and execution of the minutes of the September 11, 2025, meeting  
of the Transportation Mobility Advisory Commission (TransMAC).  
A motion was made by Member Olsen, seconded by Member Hoyos, to approve and execute the  
minutes for the September 11, 2025, meeting of the Transportation Mobility Advisory  
Commission (TransMAC). The motion carried by the following vote:

IV. Discussion on Safety Projects in Orange County by Florida Department of

Commissioner Mayra Uribe addressed the Commission.  
V. Presentation Regarding an Update on Transportation Projects in District Three  
The following individuals addressed the Commission:  
- Lauren Torres  
- Brett Blackadar  
The Commission took no action.  
Nonagenda  
Lauren Torres provided a presentation for High Injury Network Roads in District Three.  
Discussion ensued.  
VI. Member Comments  
By consensus, the Commission authorized Staff to identify one school within each district to host  
a bike and pedestrian safety seminar. These seminars will be conducted by Bike Walk Central  
Florida and sponsored by TransMAC.  
By consensus, the Commission directed Staff to compile a list of specific amenities and Central  
Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX) bus stop locations for TransMAC to consider for  
potential investment and upgrades.  
Lauren Torres suggested adding a short presentation by Agile Mile at the November 13, 2025,  
meeting, which is scheduled in Member Moldof's district. Chair Grimmer and the Commission  
had no objection.  
The following individual addressed the Commission: Courtney Reynolds.  
There being no further business to conduct, TransMAC adjourned the meeting at 8:17 p.m.
